Processing Time:
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 2 - 3 business days, depending on product availability.
Electronic Delivery:
Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
Returns:
We accept returns or exchanges on any product in absolutely new + unused condition with original hangtags attached within 14 days of shipment.

How is my refund credited?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Macksime Gift Card.
Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned.
